New: Blue Dahlia Open Mic
Brand Spankin' New: Blue Dahlia Open Mic, hosted by yours truly has begun. Wednesday, January 18th was our first night and it was a smashing success. Thanks to all who came out for our premeire.
Next week, we will be featuring Rick Petrie & Mike Rae (a.k.a. Urknee & Bjurton) starting at 7:30 pm. Followed by a very open Open Mic - poetry, music, whatever. . . hope to see you there!

3 by 8 Reading
The following pics are from the 3 x 8 Reading which was held at Writers & Books on August 4, 2005. The poems were the result of a class taken by eight poets who each contributed three poems to this anthology: thus (if this isn't completely obvious) 3 by 8. . . The class was also held at Writers and Books with MJ Iuppa (or as I fondly refer to her - MJ the adorable).
